St Margaret's School

Consultation and strategy project for St Margaret's School, Bushey, to develop a 10 Year Masterplan for the independent girls school to enable them to plan future development across their extensive site. The project involved in-depth consultation with teaching staff, key stakeholders and pupils as well as the local planning authority to negotiate a potential development strategy for the green belt site.

The project was undertaken under Lingwood Perkin Architects, a joint venture between Emil Eve Architects, Lingwood Design and AMA Design. The collaboration combines specialisms in education, residential and sustainable design and allows the three small practices to deliver larger projects with combined knowledge and resources.
