Stamford Hill Estate Masterplan

Working with the Friends of Stamford Hill residents group to create a masterplan for the estate’s central courtyard.

With safe new play areas, accessible pathways for all and beautiful spots to sit and socialise outside, the design celebrates the mature London plane tree at the heart of the quad, surrounding it with a series of memorial sculptures.

Low maintenance rain gardens and planting with native pollinator-friendly species bring year round colour and fragrance.
